They will come to understand what Dr. Wayne Dyer and Dr. Deepak Chopra have shared in their books and lectures; we think over 60,000 reoccurring thoughts everyday. Unfortunately many of these thoughts are filled with fear, doubt and anger. This is causing our bodies to trigger many stress related chemicals that if not properly dealt with will constantly keeping us in stressful negative state of being.
